appearance

Standing at around 5fulms with a taut, slim figure which pours into a faint hourglass shape. Her build reflect her training over the years, that has led to her muscle tone being defined to push up from underneath her soft, tanned skin. She appears to be free of any markings and blemishes. Hands soft to the touch, almost delicate, which might lead some to believe she hasn't toiled in the fields or done much in the way of actual battle.From looking at Sara, it would be right to assume she is something of a young adult. Having recently come of age. Sara's tresses of silky raven hair flow down long enough to reach down to her mid back. She tyles it with perfection in an abalanian-plait, braiding a section of her hair to use to tie back the rest of her hair in a fluffy ponytail. Her deep-set silvery-blue eyes convey much emotion if she allows it. The dark blue of her eyes are surrounded by glowing rings of silver, making her eyes all the more striking to some.Sara's high cheekbones lead down to rounded, but slim cheeks which befit her youth. The young Xaela's pixie-like nose drops daintily down from its peak. Perhaps more noticeable would be her dark painted, kissable lips which are plush and often glisten invitingly. Upon Sara's soft and feminine face, she wears a little make up at times. For the most part it is a shade of light blue around her almond shaped eyes, to better bring out the dark blue within them. Also the young Xaela often uses a dark shade upon her lips.When it comes to clothing Sara often wears those which are very form fitting if not really revealing. Often showing off her toned thighs and her preference for wearing thigh length boots or stockings. Rarely would anyone catch her in something not fashionable or armour based.

Personality

Sara is quite mature for her age, at least for the most part. All throughout her life she had it rather tough. Her mother, Sapphira, is one of strict dicipline and took much of the Dotharl ways with her into the west. Thus Sara was taught to strive to be the best she can be. Never to give up when faced with a challenge, that all hardships are just a means to overcome, which will strengthen the spirits fire within.Despite being a Dotharl, Sara, was raised within the west and this has led her to become well aquainted to other traditions and ways of life. Growing up aorund Eorzeans and meeting travellers from stranger places led her to take on a more open minded outlook. Unfortunately for Sara's mother this made the young Dotharl a little rebellious at times. Sneaking out to enjoy life, mingling with other people to sate her social needs. Tasks that were placed upon her were done by halves. Although should Sara have ever been caught doing any of these things, her punishments would always be brutal and painful. Still, should Sara be asked about regret she will always say the same thing "Not for a moment!"Sara is very sociable, having no qualms with walking up to a group of people and starting up a conversation. Those she meets might quickly learn that she is well spoken and carries herself with a certain grace of confidence. Though they may learn just as swift that this young Xaela is also mischievous and calculating. It's when these traits show themselves that someone can be reminded of her youth.The main striking point of her personality can be seen by how she simply carries herself. A confidence within herself that crosses the bounds of vanity, a flirtatiousness which will often be used to exploit others.

History

(( Alot of what is here are things which have happened IC over the course of 5 years real time. Played out with various FC's and people. ))Sara is the twin sister of Hira Dotharl, their parents being Sapphira Dotharl and Tora Moks. Although Tora is of the Moks tribe, she infiltrated the Dotharl at a young age and became well aquainted with their ways. Sapphira, while not a conventional Dotharl, still held strong to much of their ways and practices and this led to her being something of an abusive parent.Strict dicipline was pushed upon both twin's from a young age, always being reminded who was in charge of the household, despite being in the western lands of Eorzea and not the Steppes. Any infraction, or a word spoken out of line would see the twins severely punished. Most often these punishments would be painful, othertimes humiliating and on the rarer cases it would just be a strong word spoken at them.While many outside looking in might be quick to believe that the twins were unloved, it would be far from the truth. Their parents believing that a harsh upbringing is what helps forge the spirit and mind. Being taught the order of hierarchy and that they (the twins) were not made of glass and could overcome and adapt to things. It was through this method of dicipline that Sapphira had forged the twins to become opportunists and appreciate the smaller things in life.Sara would never behave out of line when her parents are involved, yet behind their backs she fancied herself to be rather rebellious. Often sneaking out from their home to enjoy a club or two, mostly persuading her introverted twin, Hira, along with her. Publicly she can often be seen belittling or being devious to land her sister into some uncomfortable situation. This isn't because she hates her sister, but because of her warped belief that she is helping Hira become more confident. On top of that, she wants her sister to know that she is higher on the hierarchy than Hira is. In private however, there is no other she would be more protective of than her twin.Both twins recieved a decent education, though for Sara much of her focus soon went into learning the ways of the sword. While Hira much more focused on books and arcane learnings. For Sara she learned to dance with her sword, allowing it to become an extension of herself. Hours each day spent perfecting her craft, which in later life she used to go out on jobs asigned by either her parents or an adventuring company. During her early teens, Sara had become enamoured by the sound of music and took up the study of music and playing instruments around this time. Proving to be a quick leaner.After getting in over her head as part of an adventuring company, the traumatised Sara decided to take a more safe place in life as she allows herself to grow and mature. She and her sister took up at working in the far east at the Black Ivy, a brothel where the two of them are employed as Hostess'. Sara often playing the harp for patrons or giving into her enjoyment of dancing to perform on stage. In some cases, could be persuaded to give a private perfomance, if the mood is on her and the coin is right.With coin having been made and with excess from running a photostudio in the Ivy as well as investing gil where it might see a good return, Sara left the Ivy. Devoting herself full time to her studio and investing. The idea of adventuring no longer there so much, quite content to live as she does and enjoy what she can. However, sometimes the thrill of wandering off to explore places still calls to her.

Photographer/Entrepreneur

After her start as an adventurer failed, Sara turned to playing music which was mostly a hobby, into a performing art. Working in various venues as a musician and dancer when needed. Between small shows she would work as a hostess, welcoming clients into venues and helping them meet new people while also taking drink orders. Her bubbly, lively and easy going nature made it so she had no issues in working these roles.Over time and saving money, Sara used what she could to invest into a camera. A new technology at the time, but something the young Xeala put most her energy into. Over the years she managed to turn a hobby into a full time job. From friends helping out and enjoying having their likeness taken and printed out to show off, to working into actual clients. Of course she still did hostessing and dancing on the side. With a steady flow of income, Sara soon began investing in small businesses. Such things were mostly left to her sibling, Hira, who is the more book smart of the two. However Sara did learn and often still seeks the opinion of her counter part.Sara would likely call it luck, however her sister was the reason such endeavours paid off, with the more successes than failures when it came to investing. Over the course of several years, the twins had enough money to live more than comfortably. Buying a house together and where Sara now runs her Photostudio from in the back rooms. Investments still being made, making calculated decisions on where to place their excess money. Often seeing good returns.The latest business venture for Sara was buying a farm out on an island. Owning sixty percent of it. The owner having fallen on hard times and needed a financial backer. Not desiring to lose family land. The sheep on the island farm producing Cashmere wool and other resources for shipping to other regions for a profit. Local reports rumour that Sara also uses this island for other nefarious and off the books ways of making an income. Given her lavish lifestyle at a rather young age.

As a side note; If your character is a slave or in trouble and you don't want them to be helped, try avoid roleplay with this character, because she will try and help to the best of her ability. I hate being noped in RP at every turn when trying to help, just becuase the other person OOC'ly wants their character to remain in their current situation. Don't play them wanting help when you don't want them to be helped!
